The Skamper
We spent most of Saturday messing with The Skamper. Ray The Electrician did an amazing job restoring all of the wiring to tip top feng shui shape. And he wired in our battery so it's the best power rig we've ever had in any of our camping permutations. Rather than describe everything about the camper in this post, we made the slide show above. We are very excited about this particular pop-top. It's easily the best rig we've ever owned.

PS--The rig is now officially our Guest Bedroom. It will be Spudboater's home away from home when she's here in March.

Wow, I can't believe I get to be your first major guest in the Skamper. I feel supremely honored. And to have a little heater and even an ice box to store some beer in and not bother you all if I want to stay up later and tend the campfire. And a tailgate to sit on, too. Man,o man, this is going to be delux digs.
It looks like so much fun!!
