We totally agree with the EMC Motto--Eat More Chickin!

Here's tonight's Chicken all dressed up and nowhere to go! We bought a hot rod air pan today and it took 110 minutes to get this Chicken up to 175 degrees. Not only did we dress this chicken for The Show, but we also put a whole bunch of rubbed sage, Italian herbs and garlic cloves in the Secret Hidden Cavity! YUM! This chicken is ready to Rock and Roll!
