All four basement windows are totally done. Also had time to finish the padlock gigs on the west door. Even though we have a double key dead bolt, I feel a 9th grader could have easily kicked in our door. The flex at the bottom and top were ridiculous. Now, not so much. With two medium decent padlocks, PLUS the obvious deadbolt, I doubt anyone is going to bother. Those exposed screws are two inches so I doubt anyone will have the patience to work them out with a handheld screwdriver. We can't fend off people who have cordless tools--but then those people generally take down much fancier houses. What's to steal from a two bedroom, one bath house anyway?
